Physical Disability

Physical disabilities such as cerebral palsy can cause specific speech or language difficulties, for example with speech sound production or speech clarity, or with respiratory control for speech or sentence production. However, children with a physical disability of course also present with speech and language difficulties that are present regardless of the fact that they have a physical disability! Our priority is always to examine the individual needs of the child, and work on a personalised therapy plan to suit their specific needs and abilities.
